Responsible to ensure all operation policies and standards of Food Service are applied to its highest application. Responsible for efficient running of In- Patient/Café and other related Food Service at the hospital. Interact daily with Dietician/Support Services/Customer Care/Nursing Manager at the hospital with matters related to Food services. Responsible for inventory and controls at the hospital. Enforce discipline and operating standard at workplace.
