ECHO

Echocardiogram, also called ECHO, is a sonogram of the heart which uses standard two and three-dimensional, and Doppler ultrasound to create images of the heart.

Echo is usually used in the diagnosis, management, and follow-up of patients with any supposed heart diseases. It can provide information, like pumping capacity, the shape and size of the heart, and the location and scope of any tissue damage.
